As you can see, Joy Cones range from one to three SmartPoints, depending on the type of cone. Joy Cake Cups are the most Weight Watcher-friendly, while Joy Waffle Cones are slightly more of an indulgence. We think Joy Cones are good enough to eat on their own, but, of course, no treat is complete without a little sweetness.

Here are a few of our favorite healthy Joy Cone pairings to help you stick to your Weight Watchers plan without giving up your favorite treats.

Halo Top Peanut Butter Cup

Peanut Butter Cup Halo Top is worth 3 SmartPoints. One serving is 80 calories with 6 grams of sugar, 1 gram of saturated fat, and 5 grams of protein. This sweet treat is perfect for when you really need an indulgent treat that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! Pair it with a Joy Gluten-Free or Original Cake Cup for a dessert worth a total of 4 SmartPoints.

Fresh Fruit and Original Reddi-Wip

Weight Watchers’ new Freestyle system makes it easier than ever for members to choose and track healthy options. In the new system, there are 200 zero-point foods, including all fresh fruit! Add fresh fruit of your choice to a Joy Waffle Cone or Waffle Bowl and top it with 2 tablespoons of Reddi-Wip. One serving of Reddi-Wip is 15 calories and contains 1 gram of sugar, 0.5 grams of saturated fat, and 0 grams of protein. This delicious and healthy snack is worth three SmartPoints with just fruit and 4 SmartPoints with the optional Reddi-Wip.

Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Chocolate Fudge Jell-O

One perk of Weight Watchers is that you don’t have to give up chocolate! This sugar-free, fat-free fudge pudding option is only worth 1 SmartPoint. It’s 40 calories and contains no sugar, no fat, and 1 gram of protein. Combine a serving of fudge Jello-O with a Joy Sugar Cone for a delicious treat with only three total SmartPoints.
